It was built over a period of six years — between 1650 and 1656 — by a workforce of over 5,000 workers. Ustad Khalil, a renowned sculptor is accredited with the planning and designing of the mosque. Entry to the fort is through the huge three-story Lahori Gate in the center of the west wall. It leads to the covered bazaar or Chhatta Chowk, modeled on a Persian market where jewels, jewelry, carpets, etc. are sold. Beyond this lies the Naubat or Naqqar Khana, from where musicians used to play three times a day. It was also called Hathipol as everyone, except for the royal princes, had to dismount from their elephants here. The first floor of the Naubat Khana now houses a War Memorial Museum.

Day 01: Delhi (Arrival)
Upon arrival in Delhi, meet our tour representative who’ll escort you to the hotel pre-decided for your

Day 02: Delhi
Today, enjoy a full day sightseeing tour covering Laxmi Narayan Temple, Parliament House, India Gate,
Red Fort, Jama Masjid, Humayun’s Tomb, Gandhi Memorial and Qutub Minar Complex. In the evening, take

Day 03: Delhi – Agra 240kms

Day 04: Agra – Jaipur 280kms
In the morning, leave by road for Jaipur. On the way, halt at Fatehpur Sikri, the abandoned Mughal town.
The attractions you will cover include Jama Masjid, Jodha Bai Palace, Birbal Bhawan, Panch Mahal and
the Buland Darwaza. On reaching Jaipur, check into the hotel for night stay.

Day 05: Jaipur
Today, in the morning, enjoy an elephant ride to Amber Fort. In the afternoon, take a road trip to the Jaipur
city covering City Palace, Jantar Mantar, Nawab Sahab ki Haveli and the local bazaars etc. Post
